Larry Freed is a senior advisor who helps growth-minded leaders and individuals navigate consequential periods of business and personal growth, change, and transition.

His work begins with your real-world situation but goes beyond simply solving the immediate problem. He helps clients understand what the situation is revealing, determine what is being asked of them now, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Larry founded his advisory practice in 1999 after a diverse career that included serving as a U.S. Merchant Marine ship captain, computer scientist, technology executive, entrepreneur, consultant, and nonprofit leader.

For more than 25 years, he has advised hundreds of senior leaders, leadership teams, and accomplished individuals. Many of these relationships have continued for years as clients encounter new challenges, opportunities, and stages of business and personal growth and development.
