I focus on people's real-world experiences and challenges they are facing right now. Together, we look beyond their immediate problems to understand what their experiences are revealing, what is being asked of them, and who they're being called to become next so they can make decisions and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

To me, organizations are extraordinary developmental arenas in which people constantly encounter challenges, responsibility, accountability, conflict, power, relationships, creativity, uncertainty, meaning, identity — and themselves.

I founded NuView in 1999 to help people see themselves more clearly so they can become more fully who they are, grow into leaders capable of creating what they want their businesses to become, and help organizations become places where people can develop and grow. 

For more than 25 years, I've advised hundreds of senior leaders, leadership teams, and accomplished individuals. Many of these relationships have continued for years as they encounter new challenges, opportunities, transitions, and ever-evolving stages of business and personal growth.

Ultimately, my bottom line is to help people be more fully themselves so they can feel and be more fully alive. That's been my own path through life and helping others pursue this path for themselves is my passion and my life's work.
